A completed credit card authorization form, including a photocopy of the front and back of the card being used, must be received in order to secure payments.  Bank wire transfers are also accepted; please inquire for details.  A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total land arrangements cost per person, in addition to the cost of any airfares you’d like to secure, is required to confirm arrangements.  Final payment for land arrangements is due 90 days before travel.


All rates quoted in US dollars.  Rates are subject to amendment in the event of any changes in tariffs or rate of exchange.


International or domestic airfares unless specifically stated in the itinerary, passport and visa fees, inoculations or other medical expenses, excess baggage charges, airport taxes, items of a purely personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls, meals,  or services not specifically stated in the itinerary and / or voucher.


Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification, and the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Tour package deposits are non-refundable once received
  • 90-45 days prior to departure – 50% of tour package cost is non-refundable
  • 44 days or less prior to departure – 100% of tour package cost is non-refundable

The above includes all cancellation penalties / charges levied by suppliers

Airline tickets issued by Premier Tours are subject to cancellation and exchange penalties as governed by the individual fare rules of any tickets issued on your behalf.  Many airline tickets are entirely non-refundable, apart from certain taxes.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that passports, visas and correct health documents are valid before the commencement of any journey.  Anti-malaria precautions are strongly recommended for many safari locations.  Please consult your physician for advice on any recommended inoculations.


An English-speaking guide appointed by Premier Tours or its local service provider will accompany all applicable sightseeing tours and transfer services.


Premier Tours, Inc. and Premier Travel Services, Inc. act as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Premier Tours, Inc. and Premier Travel Services Inc. are not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers, their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules, their failure to pay any refund, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by any party not under the control of Premier Tours, Inc. and Premier Travel Services, Inc. By accepting this invoice or itinerary, you hereby agree to release Premier Tours, Inc. and Premier Travel Services Inc. from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph, to submit all other claims within 30 days after the return of your trip, and to litigate exclusively in the courts in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.


The participating carriers are responsible only for the air travel portion, in accordance with the terms and conditions of their passage.  Tour services including but not limited to carriage by land or sea, guide services, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and all services other than carriage by air, are furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of the carrier.  Quoted airfares are subject to fluctuation at any time prior to purchase.
