Opened in May 2024, Tawana has been created to stand in harmony with the lush forests and grasslands that line the banks of the perennial Gomoti river, blending the romance of a contemporary safari camp with unforgettable safari experiences.

When it comes to wildlife, seasoned African travellers speak of the Moremi in awe. Stretching across nearly 5000 square kilometers [1900 square miles], the Moremi Game Reserve is a magical corner of Botswana renowned for its high concentration of antelope, predators and large herbivores. Tawana is entirely unfenced, allowing the wildlife to wander right through the heart of the camp, unhindered. Here, the wilderness surrounds you each minute of the day.

Tawana offers 8 spacious suites, including three family rooms. The suites stretch to approximately 100-square-metres in size (130-square metres for family units) and offer a separate lounge area and private terrace with a refreshing plunge pool, while the outdoor sala offers a serene space to relax between excursions. Aesthetic inspiration is drawn from the organic tones and textures of the landscape, as well as the cultural heritage of the local Batawana tribe, to create a stylish and contemporary safari destination with a distinct sense of place.

Duba Plains Camp, a Réserve-Collection luxury safari camp and the epitome of the Botswana safari, sits in the heart of the Okavango Delta in the Duba Concession. The private 33,000-hectare Duba Concession is a matrix of palm-dotted islands, flood plains, and woodland. Great Plains Conservation co-founders, National Geographic filmmakers, conservationists, and explorers Dereck and Beverly Joubert chose this area for many of their award-winning wildlife films.

Duba Plains Camp offers five bespoke, private suites. The design ensures each suite blends into the landscape whilst evoking a classical 1920’s inspired African safari style. Stretching from the Linyanti River all the way to Savute Marsh, the winding waterways of the Savute Channel have pumped life into the western section of Chobe National Park for many thousands of generations. However, this fickle and unpredictable channel, which has a fascinating history of flooding and drying up, independently of good rainy seasons and flood levels elsewhere, has mystified local inhabitants, geologists and others for many years.

To ensure a private and relaxing environment, Savute Safari Lodge accommodates just twenty four guests in eleven thatched chalets built of local timber and one family room which consists of two double bedrooms. The chalets, which have been elegantly furnished in calm neutral tones to blend with the natural environment, feature expansive private decks, a combined bedroom and lounge area and en suite facilities.

The Selinda Suite represents the meeting place of three cultures: European, Mokololo, and Bayei. The area around the Suite holds the true spirit of Africa and is an excellent example of a natural Botswana ecosystem embodying a variety of species and rare animals.

This private 2-bedroom Suite is themed to resemble that of the thatched village of Sangwali. Its architectural design elements centre around Water, Air, Earth and Fire. Camp Moremi has a well-deserved legacy in the Botswana tourism industry for being able to deliver the classic African safari experience. Completely rebuilt in 2018 as a modern luxury safari lodge, Camp Moremi is located within the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve.

The camp boasts 12 expansive, modern styled thatched safari tents, including one family room, and accommodates a maximum of twenty-four guests.
